ProFinder USA is in need of Customer Service Agents to assist both Job Seekers and Employers to ensure both a positive and successful experience with our platform. This position will work to resolve any issues that either job seekers or employers are having with their account. It is important to have strong communication skills, outstanding problem solving capabilities, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience addressing and resolving complex customer issues
  • Functional knowledge and understanding of ProFinder USA products & services
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Outstanding problem solving skills
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience composing formal business correspondence
